Satisfaction, exchange or refund

GOT A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT? OR DO YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE IT?

If you are not satisfied with your product, if you have a problem with the size, or if the product does not meet your expectations while testing it out, you have 30 days to decide to return your product to us from reception of the package.

If you live in an EU country, products can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
If you live outside the EU, including in a French overseas territory, you will need to cover the cost of returning items.

• If you would like an exchange, we will together look for the product that best suits your activities. Subsequently you will be sent a return slip by email so you can deposit your package at the post office or relay point closest to you. On receipt of your product at our premises and within a maximum of 14 days, we will send back the desired product of equivalent monetary value, subject to availability.

• If you would like a refund, it will be made by transfer directly to your account for payments received by credit card. This will take a maximum of 10 days.

• If your payment was made by PayPal, for simplicity the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. This will take a maximum of 10 days.

PLEASE NOTE! Returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging with the label and proof of purchase. For clarification, all Sidas insoles or foot protectors need to be uncut to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
